Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently only offer shipping within Singapore.

Shipping Duration 

Your order will be handed to the shipping company within 1 day after you have placed your order. Thereafter, it will usually take around 3-5 days for you to receive it. Please note that we are unable to control any delays caused by the shipping company, but we will do our best to help should you face any issues. 

Shipping Cost, Custom Duties & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at check out. For deliveries within Singapore, there are no custom duties and taxes. 

Parcel Tracking

All orders are sent via tracked postage. Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of the product, we do not provide any returns and exchange.

Policies

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company, Spoon TCG will not liable for lost packages and shipping delays. Kindly keep a close track on the shipping status of your package for any notification from your postal service. If you are facing any issues, drop us an email with your order number and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
